This is for a 13watt 12 / 24 volt folding briefcase type solar panel with a portable 12volt power pack and  led work light. This is a new and improved briefcase solar panel model from Topray Solar. This sleek looking panel closes for easy transport. Simply open it, extend the legs, place it in a sunny area and it begins to charge most any 12 or 24 volt battery. The 9' power cord uses the included lighter plug adapter and battery clamps to power or recharge batteries in a variety of ways. The included power supply and led work light make this a very versatile combination.

Portable Power Pack Specs:

The Topray Solar® Emergency power pack features two DC outlets and one USB outlet on the front. On the back there are two input power sockets.There are three ways to recharge this power pack. 1.
