I have been selling small turbines for awhile now and this one has features that you would expect to find in the high end brands without the cost. It has an internal  MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) controller that is the shining star of today's controllers. These controllers actually detect the optimum operating voltage and amperage of the turbine and match that with the battery bank. The result is an additional 15-30% more power going into the batteries.This controller also detects the voltage of the battery bank and automatically adjusts the charging for either a 12 or 24volt battery system. The speed controller is built into the head, eliminating the need for a separate weatherproof enclosure. The cast aluminum head is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions.
